Warranty Policy

All new products purchased from us include a manufacturer’s warranty, the duration of which is indicated in the product description. If the item develops a fault during this warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as stated on the purchase invoice (electronic or paper). The invoice serves as proof of warranty validity.

If a fault occurs, the Buyer must notify the Seller by phone or email and deliver the product to the Seller’s store:

The item must be returned within the warranty period, at the Buyer’s own expense. Along with the item, the Buyer is required to provide detailed information regarding the nature and circumstances of the fault.

Once the product is received, the Seller will inspect and evaluate it. Within 30 days, the Buyer will be informed whether the item will be repaired or replaced.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from:

  • improper or careless use of the product;

  • electricity supply disruptions or surges;

  • short circuits caused by external objects;

  • use of inappropriate cleaning agents or chemicals;

  • parts subject to natural wear and tear (e.g., light bulbs, glass, ceramic, textile, or paper components);

  • repairs carried out by unauthorised persons.

Refunds are not issued for defective goods under warranty, except as specified in our Return Policy.
