Purchase and Delivery

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter – “Terms”) define the rights and obligations of both the Buyer and the Seller, as well as the process of purchasing, paying, delivering, and returning goods at www.androidmultimedia.com

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

The sales contract between the Buyer and Seller is considered valid once the Buyer adds items to the cart, provides delivery details, selects a payment method, reviews the Terms, and clicks the “Buy” button.

2. Personal Data Protection

When purchasing via www.androidmultimedia.com , the Buyer must provide accurate information such as name, surname, delivery address, and email address.

  • The Buyer is responsible for ensuring all data is correct.

  • By completing an order, the Buyer consents to their personal data being processed for order fulfillment purposes.

  • Communication regarding the order will be sent to the provided email address.

  • Personal data may be used for marketing only with the Buyer’s explicit consent.

  • The Seller does not share Buyer information with third parties, except when legally required or with the Buyer’s written permission.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

The Buyer undertakes to:

  • pay the full price for the ordered goods;

  • provide accurate details during checkout;

  • notify the Seller immediately if any submitted details change.

If false or misleading information is provided, the Seller may cancel the order or delete the Buyer’s account.

The Buyer also has the right to withdraw from the contract in line with our Return Policy.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

The Seller undertakes to:

  • provide a safe and functional online shopping environment;

  • respect the Buyer’s privacy;

  • deliver goods to the address specified by the Buyer.

If the Buyer breaches obligations or threatens the security of the website, the Seller reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the store without notice.

The Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the e-shop due to important circumstances and may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store implies acceptance of any changes.

5. Ordering, Prices, and Payments

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 at www.androidmultimedia.com . Orders are confirmed on the next working day.

  • All prices are shown in euros (EUR), excluding VAT. The VAT rate is applied at checkout, based on the Buyer’s delivery address.

  • Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the Buyer’s email.

  • Payment must be completed within 3 calendar days of order confirmation. Orders not paid within this time are automatically cancelled.

  • Goods are prepared for dispatch only after payment has been received.

6. Delivery of Goods

Dispatch time: Orders are shipped within 1-2 working day after payment confirmation. Tracking details are sent to the Buyer by email once the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery in Lithuania

  • Free delivery for orders over 50 EUR.

  • Orders under 50 EUR – delivery cost is 5 EUR.

  • Delivery partners: DPD, Venipak, Itella, Omniva (home delivery or parcel terminals).

  • Delivery takes 1–4 working days, depending on location and method.

  • Delivery to the Curonian Spit incurs an additional 30 EUR surcharge per parcel.

Delivery within the European Union

  • Parcels are shipped with DPD, DHL, or FedEx.

  • Delivery time: up to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Flat delivery fee: 25 EUR.

Worldwide Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via FedEx or DHL Express.

  • Please contact us before purchase to confirm international shipping rates.

  • Note: Non-EU countries may apply customs duties and/or import taxes, payable by the Buyer.

7. Receiving the Goods

Upon delivery, the Buyer must carefully inspect the packaging:

  • Do not accept parcels with visible damage (torn, opened, dented, etc.).

  • If you accept a damaged parcel, request that the courier documents the damage in detail.

  • Always unpack in the courier’s presence and check the goods. If defects are found, return the parcel immediately or ensure a written damage report is issued.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled according to Lithuanian legislation.
