Return Policy
The return of goods is carried out in line with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (29 June 2001, No. 217) “On the Approval of the Rules of Return and Exchange.”
Right to return

Buyers have the right to return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

During this period, you may return your purchase for any reason (even if you simply changed your mind) and receive a refund.
Conditions for return
To be eligible for return, goods must:

be undamaged, fully functional, and in their original condition;

include original packaging, accessories, and documents;

include any gifts received with the order.
How to request a return

Notify the Seller of your intention to return the item within 14 days (by email or phone).

Submit a written request including:
-
order number,
-
product names, quantities, and price paid,
-
buyer’s details (name, surname, phone number),
-
bank account details for the refund,
-
(optional) reason for return.

Returning the goods
After notifying us, the Buyer must return the goods within 14 calendar days by either:

handing them over at the Seller’s location (by prior agreement), or
-
sending them by registered mail to:
MB “Ambiautolight”
Alytaus gatve 14, Silainiai, Kaunas
A tracking number must be provided. Failure to provide a valid tracking number will be considered as non-return of the goods.
The Buyer is responsible for return delivery costs.
Refunds

A full refund (including original delivery costs) will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

If the Buyer cancels the order before delivery, they must cover transport costs and ensure the safe return of goods.

The Seller has the right to reduce the refund if the product shows diminished value due to improper use, handling, or packaging.
Defective goods

If the goods are returned due to a defect or quality issue, the Seller will refund the full amount paid, including delivery and return costs.

If only part of the order is returned, delivery costs will be refunded proportionally.

The Seller may propose the method of return. If the Buyer chooses a more expensive option, the Seller is not obliged to cover the extra cost.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit the Buyer’s statutory rights regarding the purchase of defective goods under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
